This person will be not only a manager but also an assistant to any member of the team who will readily lend a helping hand in confusing situations.

Besides, a team leader will appoint short-dated assignments for the whole department and for an individual worker. This will ensure that each member knew exactly his duties, time limits for accomplishment and qualitative level.
